The driver of this vehicle has decided instead of to park in a parking bay just behind the cameraman. Instead decided to park onto the pavement clearly in obstruction of pedestrians including those with disability that might be using the pavement and have to go around the driver. Also please note the driver also on their phone with their engine on.
