Multiple trip hazards and defective cover on public footpath outside 47 White Way, near the street lamp

This issue has been reported a number of times yet the assessment of the matter doesn’t result in remedial action; we find this quite disappointing so are requesting the Council’s help, once again. The circular cover now has a loose-fitting seal which presents an additional trip-hazard. There are obvious cracks in, and unevenness to, the pavement which the attached photos clearly identify, despite the photos being taken at night-time. This is a public footpath which is frequently used as it leads to a cut-through to reach Bicester Road, the local schools etc and is therefore regularly used by cyclists, school-children and parents with buggies. Our elderly neighbours who are reliant on the use of a zimmer-frame walking-aid are really struggling to maintain balance when walking over this footpath’s multiple defects, all of which are sited in very close proximity to each other. Please can you repair this small area of footpath before yet another person sustains an injury from accidentally tripping on its damaged surface? Its condition will inevitably deteriorate , and left unaddressed, will only cost the Council more time, material, money and resources to repair - in the future - than if remedial action were to be taken now. Many thanks in advance.

Please note - The pin that is showing on the Fix My Street map is actually in the wrong place. The correct position of the pin should be on the public footpath that is situated immediately adjacent to the front-garden of 47 White Way, Kidlington, OX5 2XA. Many thanks.
