Blocked drain

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7052983.

I have tried to clear the mud blocking the drain and in doing so I noticed that the drain itself was completely blocked. As a result, now with the rain we have had the is a big puddle affecting the integrity of the road. Making it difficult for the kids walking to the school bus to get passed.
