Over hanging shrub from wall

The length this shrub has not grown to is at a point where is hangs over the hole path. on Monday 27th January a Bristol Waste HGV came out of Lodge Place and due to parked cars had to mount the curb. as it mounted the curb a branch from the shrub hit the top of the lorry and broke one of the lights.
