Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7051241.

There is an entrance to a car park behind these buildings, there used to be “KEEP CLEAR” painted on the road so that vehicles going in could easily get off the road. This has vanished and causes tailbacks across the traffic lights when a car needs to turn in but the traffic waiting to go across to City Road has blocked it. Please put the KEEP CLEAR back on the road.
