The grey Mercedes reg kx55yhy has been abandoned for more then 2 weeks I believe it is uninsured/taxed outside property 143 talmead road herne bay Kent ct66fe in carpark and using a space and doesn't belong here also parked at an angle please could this car get removed many thanks
