Several vans still parked on double yellows

Sent to Brighton and Hove City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7050126.

Whenever a repair is needed to the phone line, vans park on the double yellows obstructing passage for hours and making it dangerous for vehicles to approach the junction as a vehicle could turn into the car approaching Falmer road (having to overtake the parked vehicle by going into the other lane). Either provide convex traffic mirrors or ensure appropriate enforcement is carried out in the area before someone gets hurt.
