Flag two years out of date; and route numbers in miniscule font

Reported via desktop in the Bus Stops Flags category anonymously at 07:00, Wednesday 29 January 2025

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7049837.

At the northbound Park Town bus stop on Banbury Road, the flag fails to advertise route 24, which the County Council introduced in 2023.

Also, the numbers of four routes are displayed in a font that is far too small. This discriminates against, and potentially excludes, any prospective passenger whose eyesight is not good enough to read tiny letters and numbers.

This seems to have been done to allow GoAhead Group to use the space for four route numbers to advertise one tourist service. If GoAhead wishes to do this, it should pay to replace the flag at this stop with one that has space for four rows of route numbers, not three.
