Faded double yellow lines

Reported via mobile in the Roads category anonymously at 06:41, Wednesday 29 January 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7049801.

Due to faded double yellow lines parking in westbury on trym particularly along the high street causes chaos particularly during rush hour. There are no loading bays for delivery vehicles which is also dangerous during school pick up and drop off. We see no parking wardens booking irresponsible parking. This problem is getting worse as the high street is used even more as a rat run and inevitably ends up as a traffic jam as you can only get traffic through one way. Please can the road marking be re-painted, the signage for parking much clearer, loading bays for businesses and more presence of traffic wardens during rush hour to avoid dangerous parking.
