Persistent dog Fouling in area

This is yet another example of a dog owner leaving their dogs mess and walking away, I have an image of the person but to abide by the platforms rules I have not uploaded it, but this is one of many dog fouling in the area, round the corner it’s in front of nearly every third house! As it is still getting dark early it’s are for residence to some times avoid stepping in it!
