  • Another completely blocked draining causing another flood. Of course this all freezes and it’s on a part of the national cycle network so incredibly dangerous to cyclists.. The drain here is collapsing. The tarmac all around it is breaking up. All could have been avoided if the council just maintained the drains. This isn’t California, we need functioning drains.

  • As you can see. Drain completely blocked due to lack of routine maintenance. Road surface all around has severely deteriorated due to having standing water on it for last 6 months. What are you waiting for to fix this.

We are pleased to inform you that the Parish or Town of Hendreds is scheduled for gully emptying in the third quarter of this financial year. While severe weather may cause delays, we are committed to thoroughly cleansing all Highway Surface Water Assets in the area within this timeframe.
