Bushes overhang fence and too high.

Bushes overhang my garden which is 10 Viking mews, also my neighbours number 12. The rest of the houses have alleyways to access the bush to cut. It’s the back of the cemetery the newer part. The bushes need cutting shorter to keep maintained. I am disabled and struggle to do this myself
