Huge pothole…burst tyre

I don’t know how long the pothole has been there, however, it very wide and is getting worse. Someone has removed large lumps of loose tarmac and put them on the pavement. I observed people driving to swerve it. I wasn’t so lucky as I hit it in the dark!
