Non-existent public right of way

Reported via iOS in the Rights of way category anonymously at 20:37, Monday 27 January 2025

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7042850.

The public right of way goes across the garden of Pheasant Cottage, which is part of Earlstone Manor. There is no signage on either side of the garden of Pheasant Cottage and the route across the garden is not clear or signposted. There used to be a footpath sign on the five-bar gate to Pheasant Cottage’s garden that joins the bridle way (pictured) near Earlstone Manor, but it’s no longer present. There is no signage when approaching from Dodds Farm on the other side of the garden (pictured).
