Bushes encroaching onto footway Hancock Drive

On Hancock Drive opposite The Round Bush pub, the bushes are growing right across the footway, you have to virtually step into the road. This footway is used a lot by people walking to the school or doctors surgery round the corner, can these bushes please be cut back?
