Massive amount of water flooding road and cottage at bottom of hill

Reported via mobile in the Damaged Gully or Catchpit Ironwork category anonymously at 19:19, Mon 27 January 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7042520.

I have some good videos of the water coming off the field at the top of the hill and flooding the road. As you can see the road is like a river and is dangerous. Also the water is washing away the road and the side of the road is in need of major repair as are the potholes on the road which are also dangerous.
