Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7041751.

The road is flooded on both sides with only a 2m wide bit in tge centre of the road for traffic. Cars can only go 1 at a time. It's flooded in 3 seperate parts on that road
