Reference report number 6503621. This blocked drain was originally reported to you on 23/92024, Some 2 weeks later you had investiageted and agreed that the drain was indeed blocked and you had initiated 'reactive gully cleaning' to addrerss the problem. You may have moved a few leaves from the surface, I don't know what your process was, but clearly your investiagtion didn't get to the root of th problem. The drain has remained block as it was before your 'reacive gully cleaning'.
