Bollards dangerous and allowing nuisance motorbikes to pass through.

There is awful paving along Christie Walk footpath that is very poorly maintained, cracking and not allowing for accessibility for all users. The bollards at both ends are dangerous and one end is falling under tree roots. Motorbikes now pass through this footpath due its poorly maintained status given its very dark due to the large number of both dead and hugely over grown trees on it. I'd ask the council to address the footpath maintenance first however - like many other roads nearby
