Drain blocked causing properly flooding

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7039675.

Garden flooding due to blocked drain outside property. Water coming in garage and almost coming in air vents. Bungalow lower than road and where the footpath has been dug up etc. it causes water to run down drive. Have had soak aways put in but can’t do anything about outside because it is council owned…have photos of problem but don’t know how to send them. We are old
