Cars from your car park have run into your fence and posts at the back of 5 Moorside Knutsford WA16 6EU and smashed it up letting rats from your carpark bins into my house. Please fix them asap

The Council has limited powers to deal with vehicles causing an obstruction and can only intervene where vehicles are obstructing a dropped kerb/footway or are parked where restrictions are present such as keep clear markings and double yellow lines.
