As spring Hill always floods it's very important to keep the drains clear The drain in question has been covered in mud for some time I tried to poke a stick in it to clear it but needs the mud cleared Its on the corner of the road entrance to the houses just past the road leading to the church on the left side All the drains along this road need clearing
