The point at which the drive meets Free Green Lane

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7037794.

The new owners of Free Green Farm house have last week had extensive work done on their driveway, which, as it crosses common land, is actually only a permitted access. a thick electric cable has been laid and cobbled raised area . I suspect in preparation for electric gates to be fitted and or electric lights on the common land. I have seen no planning permission.
