30cm Pothole

We have lived here for many years and this pothole has been repaired many times and always eventually failed. I first reported it 7 years ago! Vehicles going through it a) make a lot of noise, b) always splash water onto the pavement and into our driveway, and the kerb is SO low at this point that the road (eversince complete resurfacing c.8 years ago) also drains into our driveway when it rains - waterlogg8ng our driveway and possibly the foundations of our house. The persistent large shallow puddle on the pavement also forms a sheet of ice (risk for pedestrians and cyclists of the shared foot/cyclepath) in the winter whenever there is the slightest frost. It's lethal. Please fix the pothole.
