Central Park area. There has been an incident where travellers until this week have been parked near Bailey Road/Central Park Rugby. The grit bin outside the Rugby Free Primary School has been used as a toilet and there is human excrement inside. Reported to Rugby Borough Council, Works Services Unit, 94 Newbold Road by Community Wardens today
