Litter bin please by bus stop

Could we have a letter bin here, please, by the bus stop? Goodness knows how long it has been since the pavement here was swept. The litter and leaves accumulate here as can be seen clearly by the photos.

  • I got the usual acknowledgement with a promise that an update would be sent within 10 working days. But nothing since. Why does the Council make these promises? "Your enquiry is important to us" they write.
