15m of hedge blocking walkway on White's Lane

The footpath on White's Lane abruptly stops at no. 28. Access to the new development at Church Farm is blocked by approx. 15m of hedge that could be cut back from the road by 1m to give a continuous safe walkway on the grass verge. As it is, is is necessary to walk on the road around a slight bend, which is hugely dangerous for seeing oncoming traffic (who are not expecting pedestrians) and gives nowhere to shelter for this short section.
