Large pile of dog poo by tree

Outside 34/32 Marlow Road, there is a massive dollop of dog faeces. There are no dog poo bins on this road, which could help, but there is a huge dog fouling problem in this area due to disgusting people in the world who don’t care about the area they visit/live in. Thanks in advance to whomever clears this up, even though it is not your responsibility if it wasn’t your dog.
