Kids kicking balls

I live on maddren way in linthorpe and there is a group of kids that consistently kicks a ball against walls, wheelie bins, cars, garage doors etc... It is a loud and disruptive. I am a university student and I spend time studying in my room which I need quiet for. Iv asked them plenty of times to move on the field which is located less than 10 seconds away and they are still making noise until late at night. It has been going on for a few months now and is really starting to upset me.
