Streetlight faulty, does not turn on

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7029639.

The streetlight here situated between the Ladbrokee close and stark close flats but closer to the stark close flats, by the bin store for the new block of flats, this light does not time on but is obviously new and so the lamp and gear must be recent and easily fixed.
