Broken Branch Blocking Pavement

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction category anonymously at 19:45, Friday 24 January 2025

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7029449.

Pavement on the West side of Forest Road is blocked by a fallen branch. The conifer trees lining the property adjacent are now regularly dropping branches during high winds. At present only the pavement is blocked by the trees overhang the road and could also present a hazard to road users.

In general this pavement is in need of rectification. The fencing on the boundary is formed from badly corroded corrugated steel. The pavement is narrowed as the trunks of the mature conifer trees on the boundaries have pushed toward the road.
