Bishop Road junction with Bishop Lane abandoned wheelie bins, recycling bins, mattress, black bags and other rubbish dumped fully blocking the pavements and has been for the last 5 days. Please remove all the bins as they don't belong to anyone and only encourage people to dump rubbish as the location and has been an issues for a couple of years

  • The issue has not been fixed as Bristol City Council are failing to address the main cause, take the black wheelie bins away they don't belong to anyone and just encourage people to dump rubbish in and around them.
