Metal utilities hatch detached on pavement

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7029240.

Along St Alban's Road, outside no.172 there is a utilities metal hatch cover that has become detached, and the hole is now exposed on the pavement.
