Sent to Folkestone and Hythe District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7027398.

Camper van/motor home conversion parked 24/7 on corner of Grimston Avenue and Westbourne Gardens despite Motor Homes not allowed during daytime. In addition a trailer is attached by padlock and chain so taking up tow parking spaces and contravening laws regarding attachment of trailers to vehicles. This vehicle has remained here for at least six months.
