Damage in tarmac footpath

The large area of dropped tarmac fills up with water and leaves, in cold weather it is icy. All of this is a trip hazard as it is directly behind the pedestrian/bike access to the rear garden on 1 Fane Road and it is where the bins are collected so it does need repair
