Car illegally parked taking up pavement

This car as been here for at least 12 days now without moving and is causing an obstacle.

  • The car is still parked and as got 3 penalty notices on the windscreen now, not moved for almost 2 weeks now!!!!!!

  • The car is still illegally parked, been around 10 weeks now, the car as received numerous parking tickets, and YET nothing as been done. It is taking up the pavement and causing restricted access to people, especially mothers with pushchairs and people in wheelchairs and mobility scooters etc etc. I've witnessed people having to walk into the busy road just to get around it. Its RIDICULOUS......
