You are NOT clearing the drainage points as you have previously promised. Look at it - AGAIN. My garage has flooded again now. So when the water goes I shall be going in and clearing all the damaged stuff. Please tell me how I go about getting my money back because of the damage you are causing by not keeping the drains cleared.

  • The potholes have all reopened on this junction and flooding is continuing. The issue starts further up the road as none of the grips have been cleared in ages causing surface water flooding and severe potholes at the junction. Please rectify ASAP
