Overgrown plants and soil almost blocking pedestrian side of path

Reported via desktop in the Trees/Hedges Overhanging Roads Or Footpaths category anonymously at 19:16, Thursday 23 January 2025

Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7023655.

The soils and plants have encroached so far onto the pedestrian side of the footpath that we/they have to walk on the side used by cyclists and electric/petrol powered scooters and motorcycles. Thereby putting us at risk. This has been a problem for over a year and last time it was reported it was claimed that due to the time of year "they" were not allowed to trim shrubbery.
