We can confirm that there is a power supply issue with this light and the fault has been reported to National Grid. We await their attendance and feedback and shall add further information here when known. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

National Grid have confirmed today that their repairs are still ongoing. We shall add further comments here as known.

We confirm that National Grid advise they have restored supply to this light. We have now instructed out contractors again to attend and check for faults with the lamp etc. We await their feedback .

This light is still not working its now been over eight weeks somebody arrived today with a hoist and presume he put a new light in but it still not working it now the 14th February when are national grid going to sort the problem out

Further to the above, after further investigation, we have established that some remedial works are also needed to this column and we have instructed our contractors for this work. Once this is compete we shall follow this up with National Grid for their further attendance.

We inspected the column again and found again a lower power supply and also some remedial works which needed to be actioned before we re -reported to National Grid. The remedial works have now been completed and the fault reported to National Grid again today.
We are sorry for any inconvenience caused due to this light not working.

Further to above we have been in contact with National Grid about these issues. They advise they have arranged for an engineer inspect these on Monday 7th to establish what’s going on and, work out a plan to rectify if needed.
