This drain has become blocked in the past month which concerns me as an owner of one of the flats in 1-3 Southleigh Road, as the building has a history of flooding.

The drain is still not fixed - there is what looks like black powder-like stuff in the drain which means it blocks up whenever it rains. Please fix asap.
