Travelling from Oakhanger towards Alsager just past national speed limit sign

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7021268.

Hitting this pot hole at 40mph building up speed to 60MPH, the sheer force of impact forced my dash cam off my windscreen. Has appeared in the last week. Please fix ASAP. A smaller car would be significantly damaged.
