Inappropriate car parking on roundabouts and blocking access to footpath forcing pedestrians to walk in the middle of the road around a roundabout. The area needs traffic officers to enforce these basic elements of the Highway Code and fine drivers. You can’t park on a roundabout and you shouldn’t block access to a footpath. If you can’t understand those rules without signage and road markings you lack basic common sense to drive in the first place.
