Route in and out is not accessible

Reported via desktop in the Other issue (parking) category anonymously at 10:14, Thursday 23 January 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7020687.

I am a wheelchair used and attended a concert at the beacon last night, the way in and out of the car park is not accessible. There is not enough room for a standard manual wheelchair and we had to squeeze it through. I would not have been able to do it on my own and would have gotten stuck. There is no way someone with an electric wheelchair would get through there. In addition, the closure of the lower exit meant it took 32 minutes for us to be able to leave the car park after the event, due to being a wheelchair user I need to park in the disabled bays on level 1, meaning that all other levels need to clear before we could move. This is not an accessible plan at all and disabled people are being left at the back of the queue quite literally.
