Why is this becoming another hotspot?! Enfield council need to be proactive in their approach to fly tipping, install cameras and actually make effort to catch dirty people who think this is ok. The guys who collect it do a great job but this is a reactive service, they fight a never ending battle in this borough.. which is getting worse each day.
