Curb has dropped and is being used by trucks

Reported via desktop in the Pavements/Cycleway category anonymously at 10:39, Thursday 23 January 2025

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7019878.

At the corner of the Totton High St - A35 there is a path. This is also a busy corners for trucks turning left, and many significantly clip the curb when doing so - extremely dangerous if there is anyone on the path at the same time (especially as drivers will be looking right for traffic, and may neglect or be unable to see low down on their left). It doesn't help that the curb has dropped significantly, such that it is almost at the same height as the road. Something should be done to make this corner safer for users of the path, before an accident happens.
