Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7019569.

Manhole cover left lane heading to the PIC, near the stagered junction is faulty. When driving over it, it goes CLANK! Loudly. Locals are probably going nuts from the noise all night from traffic.
