Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7016720.

The pavement is obstructed by various items that have been dumped. At night if there is a vehicle parked the pavement is in deep shadow and I tripped over the stand from a dumped tv which as it was black was impossible to see. It’s been there for two weeks now.
