Noise from manhole cover

Manhole cover is very noisy when vehicles drive over it. Buses and many heavy vehicles drive along this road and whilst there has been no noise for many years over the last few months the noise when vehicles drive over is getting louder and louder, and it’s disturbing sleeping.
