Parks the car/van with trailer all over drygate road on loading bays but does not load just park and trailer wheel locked so not moving or loading parks all over drygate road illegal

    The person is still parking in loading bays and not pick up or move things just park on it moves it about drygate without paying for space use the street as business without paying for the bay and park on double yellows all day long from 8am till 6pm needs stopping

  • Council not interested or parking wardens as offender tells them? he got the right to park a works vehicle there without getting a ticket or not paying to park in area 🤔
