Street planters need repair

There are two tree planters at the corners of Bulan and Coverly Roads. The southern one on its east side has large holes and is crumbling, and on the east side the mortar has disppeared in one section. The northern planter was repaired recently on the east face, but there are several areas where the mortar between the stones has gone.
